PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus which reduces the number of antennas to be used by simultaneously receiving television broadcasts or FM broadcasts of a plurality of frequencies in approximately the same frequency band. SOLUTION: A reception signal to a TV/FM antenna 21 is inputted to an FM amplifier 24 via a switch circuit 26, and a reception signal to an FM/AM antenna 22 is also inputted thereto via a switch circuit 27. A reception signal level of an FM broadcasting signal inputted to the FM amplifier 24 becomes lower through the transport route from the FM/AM antenna 22. In order to compensate for the reduction and to prevent interference between signals, a property compensation circuit 33 is provided. The property compensation circuit 33 comprises an amplifier unit 34 installed near the antennas together with a TV amplifier 23, the FM amplifier 24, an AM amplifier 25, the switch circuits 26, 27, and composing circuits 28, 29.
