<p>The fastening system for the fastening of a first component on the support of a mounting system has a threaded component (12) with a torque transmitting means (13), a locating element (18) for locating against one of the components, and a mating threaded component (27) engaging with the first (12). The mating threaded component has an undergrip section (31) and a locating section (30), whereby the undergrip section is located at a distance from the locating section in the direction of the fastening axis (29) and connected to the locating section via a connecting section (32).
