The board has sprocket wheels, each disposed on an axis of a linkage (21), and advertising shutters coupled by a hinge. The shutters pivot in forward and backward directions with respect to a frame. A toothed bar when moved in the forward or backward direction moves the wheels to expose the sides of the shutters. A support bearing (24) is disposed on the front and rear parts of a rotating support (23) of each shutter.
