Thermoinsulation polystirole panels are grooved on larger surfaces on one side and on both sides, in a linear or a chess arrangement. Grooves formed by profiled heating plugs (i.e. the shape thereof) enable that the poured mass having a prolonged adhesion or cement mortar over the surface of the panel upon drying is fixed to it. This means that the grooves are of such a shape that solidified mortar inside is taken in and can be separated only upon breaking up the panel. This coupling is achieved between a wall of a building and a grooved surface of polystyrene panel by gluing mortar panel to the wall, or a grooved panel surface and a mortar layer that is in this way coupled, represent a two-layered faade panel, that again in the same way can be mounted to a wall of a building. The right choice of the thickness of the insulation panel, helps to prevent from the possibile disadvantageous effect of steam diffusion to this adhesion in the framework of outside faade wall. |
