PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining device of a bathroom unit capable of preventing back flow of drain into a bathtub pan from a communicating conduit. SOLUTION: In this bathroom unit in which a body washing pan and the bathtub pan for supporting a bathtub from below are coupled, a drain trap is provided below a drain hole in the body washing pan, and the drain trap is communicated with a bathtub drain pipe provided by passing through a bottom face of the bathtub pan and extending downward through the communicating conduit. A main drain pipe is connected with the drain trap. A drain hole in the bathtub pan provided at a position where it faces the inside of the communicating conduit on the bottom face of the bathtub pan passes through the inside of the communicating conduit and the drain trap, and its one end is connected with the other end of a drain pipe in the bathtub pan positioned lower than a sealing face in the main drain pipe after it gets higher than the sealing face once.
