PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a door frame having an excellent workability in mounting door frame and being capable of easily offering water sealing state providing excellent durability. SOLUTION: Among the end edges of a door frame fitting portion formed to a waterproof floor pan, a sealant at least placed at an end edge of a rising wall, an end edge of a panel receiving portion and between the end edge of back boards are formed to a sheet shape or bar member made of an elastic material and are fixed in advance to the surfaces facing the end edge of a rising wall of a door frame; an end edge of a panel receiving portion and the end edge of back board are fitted and fixed in advance prior to the door frame; and they are fitted to a door frame fitting portion together with the door frame in such a manner that they are welded under pressure in a state of elastic deformation to the end edge of door frame fitting portion.
