PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside cabin air enhancing system capable of controlling taking-in of the air to a cabin from the outside air and controlling so that the quality of the air in the cabin is sensed and enhanced. SOLUTION: The inside cabin air enhancing system includes an exhaust gas sensor 2 to sense the exhaust gas concentration of the outside air of the vehicle, and in accordance with the sensing result of the gas sensor 2, changes over between taking-in of the outside air and performing the inner air circulation using an intake door 11, wherein the arrangement further includes a gas sensing IR sensor 4 to sense the gas condition in the cabin, an air cleaner 5 to reform the air condition in the cabin, an ion generator 6, a high-concentration oxygen generator 7, and an inside cabin air control part 8 to control at least the air cleaner 5 in accordance with the sensing result of the IR sensor 4.
