PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform dispensing of a fluid in a gas flow passage in a turbo-machine. SOLUTION: The method for mounting the device for dispensing the fluid in the gas flow passage in the turbo-machine includes a stage for machining a casing groove 106 along an inner surface of a casing 94; a stage for machining at least one port 114 communicated with the casing groove 106 in the casing 94; a stage for machining an interior cavity communicated with the casing groove 106 in at least one stator blade 10; a stage for machining at least one orifice 26 communicated with the interior cavity on an orifice surface 18 of the stator blade; and a stage for bonding a fluid feed source to at least one port 114.
