<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker having a server hard to be broken and hardly boiling down and deteriorating the coffee. <P>SOLUTION: This coffee maker heats water in a water storage part 5 by a heater 11 provided inside a mount part 3 of a body 1 using a heating pipe in a water guiding passage A, makes it a boiling water, pours it to an extraction part 15 in the upper part of the body 1, extracts the coffee in the extraction part 15, and receives the extracted coffee with a stainless steel server 19; and the bottom 20a of a vessel body 20 of the server 19 is formed with a support projection 23 provided in an approximate point contact with a heating plate 10 which is heated by the heater 11. This constitution restricts the heat capacity flowing in the server 19 from the heater 11 via the heating plate 10 and the simple and low cost constitution can reduce a possibility of boiling down and deteriorating the coffee in the server 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
