<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device suppressing the degradation of a drying agent and the variation of light-emitting property. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL display device is such that a first flexible base board FB1 and a second flexible base board FB2 are formed through a laminated body made of various layers having different conductivity rates structuring electronic circuits including a pair of electrodes formed through a light-emitting layer, at least one of the base boards from the first flexible base board and the second flexible base board is intervened with a drying agent, and the drying agent is separated from other adjacent drying agents and shaped as a plurality of island forms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
