<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduling device for dividing, into one or more lots by each order, products appropriated to a plurality of orders whose dates of delivery are respectively set, and for preparing a schedule for producing products by using a common production line for optimization, and to prevent the delivery date delay of small orders. <P>SOLUTION: This scheduling device is provided with: a priority changing part 124 which changes a priority order imparted to each of a plurality of lots; an evaluation value calculating part 122 which calculates an order delay level for each of a plurality of orders on the basis of the ratio of the quantity of products of the lot accompanied with delivery date delay to the quantity of all the products of the order, and calculates an order delay level mean value being the mean value of the calculated order delay levels for all of those plurality of orders; and a control part 12 which instructs the change of the priority order to the priority changing part 124 on the basis of the order delay level, and instructs new preparation of the schedule based on the changed priority order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
