PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which prevents a user from misunderstanding such as an erroneous operation since the display does not start swiftly when a motion picture such as an animation wallpaper of a mobil terminal is displayed. SOLUTION: The device is composed of an input means which selects a registered motion picture file, a means for decoding the head picture of the motion picture selected by the input means as a still picture, and for storing it in a memory as bitmap data, and a displaying means which first displays the bitmap data of the head picture decoded beforehand and stored for a regenerating request of the motion picture.
