<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the inspection of tachometer dynamos and velocity sensors by a simple constitution on the technologies for inspecting tachometer dynamos and velocity sensors. <P>SOLUTION: A PC 20 is connected to a drive device 40 and an oscilloscope 60 via an I/O interface board 30. The PC 20 reads both drive conditions of a tachometer dynamo 10 related to inspection items to be executed and measurement conditions of the oscilloscope 60 to control the drive device 40 and the oscilloscope 60. The PC 20 compares measured values received from the oscilloscope 60 or computed values computed through the use of the measured values with reference value data (upper limits and lower limits) previously stored in a memory to decide the propriety of the tachometer dynamo 10 passes or fails for every inspection item. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
