PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device having clamp mechanisms capable of clamping a surface of a plate-like member without damaging with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This punching device has a table 3 for placing the plate-like member WK, the clamp mechanisms 22 and 30 for holding the plate-like member on the table in an immovable state, and punching mechanisms 17 and 18 for forming an opening in a predetermined position of the plate-like member held on the table by the clamp mechanisms. In the punching device 1, the clamp mechanisms include an arm part 22 freely rotatable around a fixed shaft, and a clamp part 30 rotatably arranged on the tip of the arm part and pressing the plate-like member WK by abutting on the plate-like member, and an attitude holding means 25 is interposed between the arm part 22 and the clamp part 30 for holding an attitude of the clamp part pressing the plate-like member WK.
