FILM AND REFLECTION PREVENTING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film in which film strength and adhesion to a base material are made superior, flexibility is provided and inorganic particulates having no rainbow unevenness on the surfaces and organic binder are included and to provide a reflection preventing film in which adhesion to the base material is made superior by providing a transparent film on the above film, flexibility is provided, no rainbow unevenness is provided and a superior reflection preventing function is provided.

SOLUTION: The film includes inorganic particulates and organic binder and the particulates are limitedly provided in the vicinity of one main surface of the film or have a density gradient in the film thickness direction.
