<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for changing a mode of a processing unit and the processing unit capable of simply and highly securely realizing a start of each special mode such as that for a system management. <P>SOLUTION: In a standby screen 11a-1 of a color liquid crystal display (LCD) 11 provided with a touch panel, by touching a hidden button in a first pattern set in advance, a shift to a special mode is permitted; a clock display screen 11a-2 including a clock display screen image is displayed in the state; and then, by touching the hidden button in a second pattern set in advance, approximately synchronously with variation timing of a second display of the clock display screen images, the special mode start screen 11a-4 enabling the special mode to start is displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
