<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal vibration detecting mechanism for an overhead power transmission line capable of detecting abnormal vibration such as galloping, capable of facilitating attachment to an existence facility, and allowing inexpensive constitution, in the overhead power transmission line. <P>SOLUTION: A main body part H stored in a single casing 12 is attached collectively to an interlock portion 31 with the overhead power transmission line in a tension device 30 for supporting the overhead power transmission line. A torsion-directional angular velocity generated by a wind or the like is eliminated by detecting only an objective-directional angular velocity, using a gyro sensor 1 as a detecting means, so as to prevent a malfunction. Vibration having 0.1Hz-1.0Hz of specified frequency band is further taken out mainly to remove influences of gentle wind vibration and disturbance vibration. An electric power source D is attached to a steel tower in the vicinity of the body part H. A flash lamp 8 is directed downwards to confirm the presence of generation of an abnormal vibration phenomenon such as the galloping from the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
