PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly transmit/receive a message by character code conversion when character data of different character codes are handled between a client system and a server system. SOLUTION: The server system 110 is provided with a means 112 acquiring input terminal information and destination information from the client system 110 when receiving a query response 201 and converting common format data handled on the network into UAP format data handled in the server system, a means 115 converting a character code, which is handled in the client system, of the converted data into a character code handled in the server system, and means 206 and 207 adding character code conversion information to a receipt message for handing over character code conversion information in message transmitting/receiving processing inside the server system.
