PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate whether a malfunction detecting circuit, such as an overvoltage protection circuit operates selectively with a malfunctioning power supply arrangement unit of the power supply arrangement of a parallel redundancy configuration. SOLUTION: A malfunctioning state is generated, while enabling simulation of a malfunction generating speed by a means of connecting a switch 103 or variable resistor to a remote sense line of a power supply arrangement unit, or connecting the switch or a variable resistor to a negative feedback circuit or reference voltage, or the like.
