PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float that can simply be implemented, shows high outer impact strength and can be used for a long period of time without causing poor buoyancy or sinking and provide a fish preserve using the same. SOLUTION: The float F comprises floating members and protecting pipes 1 that are out-fitted to the floating members to protect the members. In addition, the floating members and the protecting pipes 1 are held with ring frames 3 and a fish net 4 is attached to the ring frames whereby the fish preserving net is provided.
