PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a console box to be always returned to a reference place when the console box is pressed down from a jumped un-working posture position to a working posture position, in a structure where a plurality of adjustment parts for vertically positioning the console box are disposed at the working posture position. SOLUTION: In this device, a cam 29 for guide for guiding a pin 31 is disposed in an opening 25 for engagement so that the pin 31 engaged with one of a plurality of adjusting grooves 28a, 28b and 28c always engages with the adjusting groove 28b as a reference of the plurality of adjusting grooves 28a, 28b and 28c when the console box 18 for construction machinery is pressed down from the un-working posture position to the working posture position.
