PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a position of tire reduced in pneumatic pressure to be specified even if front, rear, right and left tire wheels are rotated. SOLUTION: This pneumatic pressure detection device comprises a speed detecting part 8 for detecting a speed of each of the wheels 2 at a hub side of each of wheel shafts 7. Speeds of each of the wheels 2 detected by the speed detecting part 8 is compared to each other for every two wheels 2 at each of the wheel shafts 7 to calculate a speed deviation for each of the wheel shafts 7. Each of the speed deviations is compared to each other, the wheel shaft 7 in each of the wheel shafts 7 having a large speed deviation is judged as a shaft having a tire with reduced pneumatic pressure and then the tire 5 at the wheel in the two wheels 2 showing a faster speed at the shaft having this tire with reduced pneumatic pressure is judged as a tire with reduced pneumatic pressure tire.
