PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for an automobile where two heat exchanger cores are integrated, a different heat exchanging medium flows in each tube, the efficiency is excellent, and manufacturing and assembling are easy. SOLUTION: Condenser cores 3 having a pair of tanks and a lot of tubes respectively and inter cooler cores 6 are arranged in a two lines in the thickness direction, and common fins 7 are disposed and integrally connected straddling between the tubes 1 for the condensers and the tubes 4 for the inter coolers respectively. The fins 7 having no slit for preventing heat transmission are used so that a fan for generating wind and cooling wind 14 accompanied by an automobile traveling pass through the fins 7, the tubes 1 for the condensers and the outside surfaces of the tubes 4 for the inter coolers.
