<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate communication charges at different charging rates corresponding to a plurality of used media provided to transmit real-time data even when one telephone number is used for service wherein a service provider transmits the real-time data to a service user. <P>SOLUTION: An IP telephone server 2 receives location information from a request processing part 21 in respective communication terminals A and B and passes messages of call control of the communication terminals A and B to establish a session between them, and a used media decision part 22 decides used media used for communication from media information included in the messages and stores used media information, communication start/end time, etc., in a telephone call DB 23. A charging DB 31 of a charge calculating server 3 is stored with various data used for charging such as communication times and used media information and a charge calculating means 32 calculates, for example, accumulated communication charges by IDs of communicating persons according to the used media based upon information in the charging DB 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
