<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat-containing waste water treatment apparatus for a grease trap which can treat waste oil and fat of the oil and fat-containing waste water in an existing grease trap with an immobilized enzyme at a high decomposition rate by using the apparatus in the state where it is mounted on the grease trap, and a grease trap which can treat the waste oil and fat in the oil and fat-containing waste water with the immobilized enzyme at a high decomposition rate. <P>SOLUTION: The oil and fat-containing waste water treatment apparatus 50 for a grease trap, which is mounted on the grease trap to decompose the waste oil and fat in the oil and fat-containing waste water in the grease trap by the immobilized enzyme, has a support plate 10 mounted on the grease trap, immobilized enzyme holders 20 which accommodate the immobilized enzyme and through which the oil and fat-containing waste water freely passes, and an agitation means 30 for agitating the oil and fat-containing waste water.
