PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant maintenance system enabling a farmer to obtain information necessary for growing crops in a simple technique and grasp estimated harvest or abnormal situation in an early stage. SOLUTION: This plant maintenance system is so structured that a sensor for detecting data affecting plant growth is disposed at a plant growing place 10 so as to periodically send the obtained data to a plant maintenance center 50. The plant maintenance center estimates growth conditions based on the received data and weather conditions to prepare a growth work plan based on the growth conditions to deliver the plan to plant growth supervisors 20 and production associated companies 40, and on one hand, estimates harvesting conditions based on the weather information and the estimated growth conditions to prepare a harvesting work plan to deliver the plan to the plant growth supervisors, the production associated companies and consumer associated companies 70.
