PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming member capable of eliminating a tie material which obstructs the filling of a filler, holding a specified wall body strength, and withstanding even an excessive horizontal displacement in a double wall structure. SOLUTION: A wall body 10 is formed of a large number of wall body forming members 1. A wall body 2 is formed of a large number of wall body forming materials 2 at a position apart a specified distance B from the wall body 10. A large number of diagonal members 3 are placed in a foundation ground 100 by a means such as placement from the upper part of at least one of the wall bodies 10 and 20 to a diagonally lower side.
