PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inducer having a blade at an inlet and three blades at an outlet, having a center of gravity of whole blades on a rotary shaft not to generate rotational unbalance, excellent in suction performance and pressure raising performance, and a pump provided with such inducer. SOLUTION: In the inducer 8 arranged in an upstream side of a main impeller 7, three blades 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 of different length along the blade are provided, and the three blades 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 are arranged to make front edges 1-1a, 1-2a, 1-3a of the three blades 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 on a meridian plane mutually different.
