VEHICULAR SECURITY DEVICE AND ID CODE MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular security device capable of improving the security level of a vehicle, and an ID code management device used for the vehicular security device.

SOLUTION: The vehicular security device 11 is provided with a smart ECU 13 performing mutual authentication with a portable machine 10 having a communication function by first encryption communication, an ID code box 14 connected to the smart ECU 13 and performing mutual authentication with the smart ECU 13 by second encryption communication, and an engine ECU 15 performing mutual authentication with the ID code box 14 by third encryption communication and permitting start of an engine when mutual authentication by the first encryption communication to the third code communication is all established. The ID code box 14 is provided with at least a first code used for the second encryption communication, and a second code used for the third encryption communication, and communication with the portable machine 10 is not executed.
