PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-dimensional measuring method, a 3-dimensional measuring device and a computer program which can easily correlate photographed images and shorten the time for 3-dimensional measurement. SOLUTION: Photographed images of objects to be measured with a plurality of kinds of markers in advance are taken in (S11) and the position coordinates of tne markers are determined (S12). One combination of color markers is selected (S13) and each element of a basic matrix is calculated (S14) from the position coordinates of color markers contained in the selected combination. Then, a marker other than the color markers is selected (S15), and by substituting the position coordinates of the selected marker in an equation which the basic matrix satisfies (S16), the equation is verified. When the verification is finished for all markers, the basic matrix is calculated and parallel vector and rotation vector indicating the motion of photographing device are calculated.
