PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spit-roasting apparatus 10 having a simple constitution and letting a general user feel familiar. SOLUTION: This spit-roasting apparatus 10 is provided with a clamp means 20 opened/closed by applying an external force to two levers 261 and 262 and a spit support body 50 attached to the clamp means 20. The clamp means 20 can be attached to a grill in such a manner as holding an adjoining linear member of the grill. The spit support body 50 can support a spit with fish or the like pierced therewith.
