PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile telephone set with a camera function which shortens a wait time before a mounted electronic flash unit is completely charged to use auxiliary light. SOLUTION: The mobile telephone set with the camera function comprises a 1st body and a 2nd body, and a hinge connecting them, and has a control means of performing control to start charging the electronic flash unit when the 1st body and 2nd body are spread.
