PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier film which is excellent in initial gas-barrier properties, especially in water vapor-barrier property, high in flexural resistance, and low in deterioration in barrier properties during printing. SOLUTION: In the film, an inorganic barrier layer 50-300Åin thickness is formed on at least one side of a plastic substrate, and a resin layer is laminated between the plastic substrate and the inorganic barrier layer. The inorganic barrier layer is made from Al, Si, oxygen, and nitrogen. The weight ratio of Al atoms to Si atoms is 15:85-40:60. The molar ratio of nitrogen to oxygen is 10-40%.
