GROMMET PULLING-OUT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet pulling-out device by which a grommet is easily pulled out with small pressing force. SOLUTION: The grommet pulling-out device is provided with: a pallet holding means, which is composed of a horizontal and square table plate and a frame plate provided to the peripheral edge of three sides of the table plate; an extrusion means, in which plural kinds of extrusion pins with different lengths are mounted to the lower face of a lifting plate and the extrusion pins are located above the grommet mounted to a pallet set on the table plate; and a driving means for vertically moving the extrusion means. It is preferable that pallet pressing members are arranged above the table plate at prescribed intervals in the pallet holding means. Further, it is preferable that the pallet pressing members are arranged respectively to both end edge part sides of the pallet. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
