The utility model relates to devices meant for protecting doors of the vans, containers, cars, store rooms, tank man-holes etc. from penetration of unauthorized persons. The closing-sealing device contains a flexible embracing element 3, with tip 16 at the working end, a body 1 with orifice 2, having a stepwise inner profile, formed at the conjugation of the coaxial cylinders of different diameters, wherein there is fixed the end of the flexible embracing element 3, and a through hole 4, wherein it is placed a spring-loaded lock, containing at least two demountable elements 5. The through hole of the body 1 is made with stepwise inner profile, formed at the conjugation of the coaxial cylinders of different dimensions. Each demountable element 5 of the lock is made in the form of segment of the cylindrical bush, the part of the lateral surface of which is made in the form of an inclined plane, the inner surface of the segment is made cylindrical and has at least two spherical protrusions. Between the demountable elements 5 of the lock and the inner surface of the upper part of the body 1through hole 4 there are placed at least two wedge-like elements 7. One part of the lateral surface of each wedge-like element 7 is made cylindrical and conjugated to the inner surface of the body 1through hole 4. The other part of the lateral surface is made in the form of an inclined plane and conjugated to the plane of the lateral surface inclined part of the lock demountable element 5. Onto one end of each wedge-like element 7 there is made a rectangular groove. In the lower part of the through hole 4 of the body 1 it is placed a cap. 9. The cap 9 is made proportionate to the through hole 4, in the lower part of the body 1, in the form of a cylindrical sleeve. Onto the outer margin of the cylindrical sleeve there are made at least two bent inside bearing elements, each of which is proportionate to the rectangular groove of the wedge-like element 7.
