FIELD: agriculture, in particular, protection of plants from hazardous insects. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves spraying growing plants with mixture of Steinernema feltiae nematode suspension and insecticide such as Lepidocide. Preparation is used in an amount of 5 l/hectare and at consumption of working fluid of 300 l/hectare. ^ EFFECT: improved protection and reduced toxic pesticide loading of growing plants.
