FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining stage of arterial hypertension (AH), functional class of chronic cardiac insufficiency(FC CCI), arterial hypertension time, height, weight and cholesterol level. Alexithymia value (AT) is obtained from regression equation AT=65.6-0.05x AT stage + 0.29xFC CCI + 0.11 x AH time (in years) - 0.17 x height (cm)+ 0.27 x weight (kg) + 0.18 x blood cholesterol (mmole/l). The value of 74 and higher indicates alexithymia case, less than 62 proves no alexithymia being available. The value between 63 and 73 is interpreted as intermediate case. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of arterial hypertension treatment and prophylaxis. |
