PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchro device of a manual transmission in which occurrence of dragging on the taper frictional surface of a piece can be suppressed in the taper frictional surface of a synchronizer ring when the synchronizer ring is freely rotated. SOLUTION: The synchro device of the manual transmission is constituted to include the piece 1 having the taper frictional surface, the synchronizer ring 2 having the taper frictional surface, a synchronizer ring key 3 engaged with the guide recess part 5 of the synchronizer ring 2 to rotate synchronously with the synchronizer ring 2, and a positioning energizing element 6 formed in the guide recess part 5 of the synchronizer ring 2. The positioning energizing element 6 regulates the inclination of the synchronizer ring 2 by regulating the position of the synchronizing ring 2 by an energizing force, and is preferred to have an engaging part 61 and a spring part 63 for energizing the engaging part 61.
