PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost milky film for a curtain excellent in heat retaining property, durability and weather resistance and resistant to high temperature use in summer. SOLUTION: This milky film for the curtain has as the base resin a polyolefin resin in which titanium oxide (TiO<SB>2</SB>) is contained, has a thickness of 30-100μm, and a shading rate of 20-60%. The preferable mode state of the film is such that the film has a multi-layer structure and a linear low density polyethylene layer and contains titanium oxide (TiO<SB>2</SB>) at least in the linear low density polyethylene layer, or alternatively, the film has a multi-layer structure and a polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer and contains titanium oxide (TiO<SB>2</SB>) at least in the polyethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer.
