摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a molded body without deteriorating the magnetic characteristics of the body. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing a sintered rare-earth magnet by sintering fine raw alloy powder containing a rare-earth element, a transition metal element, and boron; the fine raw alloy powder is molded by adding metallic soap to the powder and the molded body is sintered. When, for example, a crushing step and pulverizing step are performed for crushing and pulverizing a raw alloy, amide oleate is added to the raw alloy after the crushing step and the metallic soap is added to the raw alloy after the pulverizing step.
