<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid device capable of opening an opening and closing lid to a lid body easily and simply. <P>SOLUTION: This lid device 20 is provided with the lid body 21 which, while loaded on a container body 11, has a taking out spout 24, and the opening and closing lid 23 attached to this lid body 21 freely in fluctuation through a hinging section 22.
