<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly achieve the original shape restoration of an external layer by increasing the check valve function of an air suction valve, to surely achieve the sealability of air between the external layer and the internal layer, and to suppress the occurrence of a sound emission in an extraction cap which is used for the mouth section of a squeezing type container having a double wall. <P>SOLUTION: An exterior cylindrical piece 26 is erected on an incorporated cylinder 22 which has an internal plug body 11, an extraction cylinder 19, and a seal thread 24 at a lower section than an air suction port 9 on the inner peripheral surface, and is screwed with the mouth section. Also, an internal leg cylindrical piece 27 which externally comes into contact with the extraction cylinder 19 is vertically hung, and a ventilation port 31 is provided on a cylindrical ventilation passage which is formed between the exterior cylindrical piece 26 and the internal leg cylindrical piece 27 for a cap main body 21. The air suction valve 42 made of a flexible material is arranged in the cylindrical ventilation passage, and the distal end section of which is circumferentially joined close to either one of the outer peripheral surface of the internal leg cylindrical piece or the inner peripheral surface of the exterior cylindrical piece, and which opens/closes in such a manner that the entering of air may be possible, but the discharge of air from inside may be impossible. The ventilation passage P has the extraction valve 53 which is arranged on the extraction passage, and reaches from the ventilation port 31 to the air suction port through the cylindrical ventilation passage on which the air suction valve 42 is arranged.
