PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device to enhance a massaging effect on the arch of the sole of a foot. SOLUTION: In the massage device 1, a massage member 9 which operates as a sole treatment member to give a treatment on the sole of the foot part of the human body has a rotating axis 16 extending to the width direction of the sole of the foot. The whole sole including the arch being the inside part of the sole of the foot and a site being the outside of the sole of the foot is massaged, by the rotation of the massage member 9 around the axis 16.
