PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting frozen soft cream intended for solving such problems that a conventional soft cream server for business use is large-sized, and requires power source for motive energy and troublesome cleaning work in a fixed period regardless of existence or nonexistence of the material of soft cream, and the kind of soft cream is limited, and also a device similar to the server is for the kind of what is called soft ice cream obtained by forcibly extracting ice cream kept cold at about -15°C from a pack. SOLUTION: This method for extracting the frozen soft cream comprises pouring soft cream for one piece into a pack followed by freezing, half thawing the product by spraying open air warm wind to a heat absorbing and radiating plate, applying compression action to bring the product to a sherbet condition followed by kneading and performing an action of reviving flavorful soft cream with good melting feeling in the mouth before pouring into the pack in a short time before soft cream becomes liquid.
