PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid material-separating bag usable for the storage of a solid material, or the like, the separation of the solid material from a liquid, the filtering of the solid material, or the like, having excellent applicability, allowing the preservation or disposal to be carried out by sealing the bag without polluting the surrounding environment, and having excellent preservability. SOLUTION: The solid material-separating bag has an upper bag body having an upper opening part, an upper bag body-opening part formed at the bottom part of the upper bag body, an upper bag body-sealing part formed at the upper bag body-opening part and sealing the upper bag body-opening part, and a lower bag body having a net-shaped part, or a part having many incisions or holes formed therein, and having an opening part connected with the upper bag body-opening part.
