PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a method for analyzing the activity for controlling biosynthesis of cytokinin in the test article and rapidly searching substance having activity for controlling biosynthesis of cytokinin with a small amount of sample.

SOLUTION: A transformed cells or the like, comprising a polynucleotide having a base sequence encoding an amino acid sequence of a cytokinin receptor and a polynucleotide having a base sequence encoding an amino acid sequence of a cytokinin biosynthesis enzyme.
