PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of current devices for spraying superfine particles, including requirements of a supplementary heating means, complexity of the devices, safety considerations in attaching the devices and caution to sprayed superfine particles, because the devices convert particulates floating from a unit generating particulates into dry superfine particles by the heating means. SOLUTION: The device has a water vessel, a centrifugal rotator having an air-blowing blade with the tip flow-inducing part of the blade set in the vessel, a driving unit for revolution of the rotator, a blocking cylinder surrounding the driving unit and closing on one side, a casing surrounding the cylinder with appropriate spacing and having an upper and a lower opening set in the vessel, a net arranged below the upper opening of the casing and having an opening, a cylindrical part to be engaged in the upper opening and two or more blades attached on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder.
