The contact structure of the electronic pen is so structured that a contact with a hole formed in a tail plug formed at the rear end of the electronic pen, and a contact movable by the movement of the electronic pen are formed, when the electronic pen is used, the movable contact is fitted to the contact with the hole formed to contact the battery and brought into a current-carrying state, and when the electronic pen is not used, the movable contact moves behind the tail plug to cancel the current-carrying state of the electronic pen.
