PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing device promoting the reaction of a sample with a reagent to perform a measurement with good reproducibility in an antigen-antibody reaction or gene detection method using a flat plate-like reaction measuring vessel having a large bottom area, compared with the height of a chip shape. SOLUTION: This analyzing device comprises: the flat plate-like reaction vessel; a reaction vessel moving mechanism placing a plurality of reaction vessels and moving the relative positions of the reaction vessel; a dispensing mechanism dispensing a sample or a reagent to the reaction vessels on the reaction vessel moving mechanism; and a control mechanism for controlling the reaction vessel moving mechanism, at least in analyzing operation, so as to steadily move the reaction vessels on the reaction vessel moving mechanism.
