PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for a Peltier element that dose not need the use of a large-sized and special transformer, is small in size and light in weight, reduced in cost, and less in the generation of a harmonic component. SOLUTION: The power supply device for the Peltier element is constituted such that: one line 2 of a three-phase AC input is connected to one line at the AC input side of a diode bridge 1, and primary windings 10, 11 of transformers 8, 9 are connected between the one line 2 of the three-phase AC input and other two lines 6, 7; whether other two lines at the AC input side of the diode bridge 1 are directly connected to the other two lines 6, 7 of the three-phase AC input, or whether secondary windings 12, 13 of the transformers 8, 9 are aligned in series and connected to the other two lines 6, 7 of the three-phase AC input can be selected by switching connecting points 4, 14 and 5, 15 of a relay 3; and the secondary windings 12, 13 of the transformers 8, 9 are made to have reverse polarities.
